What people are saying about slab rehab

“Steve recently raised some uneven slabs on our sidewalk to eliminate a tripping hazard. From the moment we called him for an estimate, through the work being completed, he was friendly, punctual, and professional. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to raise sunken concrete.”

Kate & Paul Smyth, Crystal Beach

“Everything looks good with the driveway. Thank you for your excellent work. You were courteous and efficient and I would recommend your services. My neighbour commented how impressed he was with the quality of the job and that he didn’t realize it was possible to remediate uneven concrete with this process. Many thanks."

David Lee, Niagara-on-the-Lake

“I called Slab Rehab based on a referral. Steve quickly came to my house to provide a free quote. I explained the problem with my large front walkway and steps. He understood my needs and presented a solution that was much cheaper than digging everything up and starting over with new concrete. One week later the job is now done and frankly looks better than I expected it would. Steve is easy to work with, friendly and timely. He left everything clean and there were no issues or surprises whatsoever. Highly recommended.”

Chris Lailey, St. Catharines

“Thanks Steve for a job well done on my driveway and sidewalk. It looks great. We were very pleased with what you and your assistant did at a very reasonable cost. I have already told people about your workmanship and have recommended your company to my friends and family. Thank you again.”

Mike Haine, St. Catharines

“We had Steve raise our concrete slab in our driveway today and man the guy knows his stuff. Looks great and will recommend Slab Rehab to all our friends. Great guy, great service. Thank you so much...no more tripping.”

Ron and Janet Bordynuik, Welland

“I called Steve about fixing my father’s severely cracked and hazardous carport slab and he responded right away and it was fixed the next day. I am extremely happy with the result. Great work at a fair price.”

Scott Murchison, St. Catharines

HOW IT WORKS

Also referred to as slab-jacking, slab-lifting, or mud-jacking, concrete raising is only a fraction of the cost compared to smashing out and re-pouring concrete. Most residential jobs can be completed in just 1 day, with minimal mess or disruption. Slab Rehab uses the DRILL | PUMP | PATCH method to effectively raise and level uneven concrete surfaces.

A strategic pattern of holes are drilled into the concrete slabs. A specialized grout mixture is pumped underneath the slab filling the voids, stabilizing the sub-base, and raising the slab. The holes are then patched with cement.
